Peter Conder
Peter Conder established Conder Construction Limited with his wife Marian in 2010 to enable flexibly when his kids were young. He grew up in Whanganui and moved to the Waikato in 1994. Peter is a seasoned expert in the building industry with over 20 years of experience under his belt. Utilising his extensive knowledge, Peter has helped numerous clients bring their dream projects to life, delivering quality results with his exceptional eye for detail. Supporting and upskilling his team, Peter believes that the focus on their development, better equips Conder Construction to look after customers and to deliver builds to a high standard.
Andrew
Andrew started with Conder Construction in 2016 as an apprentice builder. He completed his Building Apprenticeship in 2019 and continues to develop his skills as our leading hand. He enjoys all aspects of building but like’s the tricky renovation challenges from time to time. Andy enjoys getting out into the bush for a spot of tramping with the hope of spotting some deer on the weekends and enjoys a beer or two with friends.
Adrian
Adrian has been a qualified and licensed builder since 2010 and joined Conder Construction in 2017. He enjoys building decks and finishing lines. In his spare time, Adrian attends rock concerts, participates in Aikido and loves to read, challenging and extending his knowledge.
Callum
Callum started with Conder Construction in 2017 and completed his apprenticeship in 2021. He is the deck master of the team, likes to get out his dirt bike whenever he can and catch up with mates for beers.
Cherie
Cherie is our office manager and has been part of the team since early 2021. She attends to all office tasks, including accounts, payroll and HR. She loves the flexibility of her role, especially having three young children and that the business supports her and gives her every opportunity to grow. Cherie enjoys getting out on site and checking in with the builders regularly.
Matt
Matt is our newest team member starting September 2023. He has always wanted to be a Carpenter and continues his apprenticeship with Conder Construction. Matt appreciates how welcoming and friendly the team is and how they're always there to help when needed. He loves most outdoor adventure activities and spending time with friends on the weekends.
